Summary: Easy to Understand Text on Appraisal
Comment: I purchased a copy of Appraisal Procedures for Counselors and Helping Professionals by Robert J. Drummond in order to review for the National Counselor Exam. It had been a number of years since I had taken a class in appraisal and I felt that I needed to brush up on the terms and basic principles. I found this book to be very helpful. The material is presented in an easy to understand format. I was worried about the appraisal section on the NCE. After reviewing this book, I felt much more confidnet about being successful on the appraisal section of the test. I recently took the NCE and passed. And, I actually did ok on the appraisal questions. I would recommend this book as an excellent review.
