Summary: A useful book for all working women
Comment: The first point that is interesting about this book is the acceptance of the differences between the attitudes of men and women regarding their obligations at home and at work. Realising how we have been brought up, in a way that makes networking, taking risks or finding mentors much easier for men, is an important step towards changing our own attitudes that stand on our way to achieving our goals. One more point of interest is that the book addresses women not only in the corporate sector, but its concepts can be easily applied to all areas of emloyment. The book is highly readable, with many examples and success stories. For those of us using vision aids, note that the book's lettering is well thought of, not large print but comfortable, which makes reading less complicated than the usual overcrowded format used in business books.
