Summary: A serious book for serious readers
Comment: This book presents statistical techniques, mostly design of experiments, with a quality perspective. The approach is practical, with mathematical details kept to a mininum. (A person can talk about quality imporvement without invoking statistical concepts only up to a point; after that, he can only be either confusing others or deluding himself). For anyone serious about industrial process or product improvement, this is an excellent source of reference; I particularly like its large number of illustrative examples.

Summary: Good information that could have been presented better.
Comment: If you are quite experienced in statistics and planned experimentation, then it would be O.K. as refresher material. The language is a little difficult to follow. I'm still looking for a more simplistic reader friendly book on this subject.
