Summary: Very Reassuring to my toddler
Comment: "I Love You All Day Long" has become a common phrase around our house. My toddler loves the book. She finds it reassuring in her daily life with and without mommy. She enjoys the pictures. It's a wonderfully touching story true to the life of a youngster who still needs that security of knowing Mom loves him/her no matter what he does or where he is. A GREAT story!!

Summary: delightful book to reassure new preschoolers/kindergarteners
Comment: A joyous book to help any child feel better about going off to preschool or kindergarten--for the first time or just for the new school year. Bright, colorful, uncluttered illustrations and smooth effective prose show us little Owen Pig's worries (with wonderful facial expressions) and how his mother is able to reassure him that he is loved even when she is not there. My own four year old asked for repeated readings and loved every page. Enthusiastically recommended.

Summary: Feel good book without being sappy
Comment: The message in this book, "I love you all day long," was perfect for when my 2-year-old told me that she missed me when she was at daycare. The book helps give a framework for reminding your little one how much you love them without being overly emotional. It shows day-to-day activities that my daughter really related to, like snack time and going down the slide. And it's just a cute book. This is one of her most requested books, even after her separation stage has ended.
