Comment: As a teacher, I found this book to be an excellent resource, not only for myself, but for all my students. The authors have an acute knowledge of the pressures teens deal with today and address those issues in ways every teen can relate to and find comfort in. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Comment: Most of our children are very stressed in our highly competitive society. This book is very timely, and written in a way that children can understand. My children have enjoyed reading it, and have gotten a lot out of it.
