Summary: I love this book!
Comment: The sales ranking simply doesn't do this book justice. I picked up this book in the library, attracted by the headlines "the fastest way to lose weight and get in shape". Although the workout seemed pretty easy I started to sweat after 10 minutes into it. Both the upper and lower bodies received intense workout and in 3 weeks I already felt that my thighs and abs were stronger. I gained muscle and could execute my kicks more accurately and jabs more powerful. Also has great instructions on how to motivate yourself, how to have a positive attitude towards exercise, introduction to traditional martial arts and tips to healthy living. Would recommend to those who are looking for 'something to do' and as a cross-training for atheletes who are looking for something outside their specialization.
